make a variety of systems. This guide is
designed to assist in the selection of the
correct coating system for your application
by providing Wattyl’s most common coating
systems for typical substrates.
Correct surface preparation is critical to
the longevity of any coating system. For
details of surface preparation methods refer
to the surface preparation sections of the
Wattyl Timber Coatings Manual. For further
